Ingredients:
Organic chaste tree berries, organic dong quai root, organic nettle leaf, organic rose buds and petals, organic red raspberry leaves, organic yarrow, organic ginger root, organic licorice root, cane alcohol (45-55%), purified water (reverse osmosis). 

Directions:
Shake well before use. Take 1-2 droppers (1-2mL) in a small cup of water, preferably between meals, up to 3 times daily. Adjust as needed based on your cycle phase and individual response. Use consistently for best results.
