Ingredients:
Organic slippery elm,  organic marshmallow root, organic plantain leaf, organic ginger root, organic calendula flowers, organic dandelion, organic anise, organic licorice root, organic vegetable glycerin, purified water (reverse osmosis). 

Directions:
Shake well before use. Take 1-2 droppers (1- 2 mL) in a small cup of water or directly under the tongue before or after meals, up to 3 times daily. Adjust dosage as needed based on individual response. Use consistently for best results.
